MEDINA--A sex offender who molested a teenage boy he met selling computers accepted a plea agreement yesterday that will put him in prison for seven years. Court records show David Schneider of Brunswick videotaped sexual encounters with the 15-year-old, including spankings with a paddle. Assistant Prosecutor Anne Eisenhower said Schneider was previously convicted of a similar crime in Cuyahoga County that involved a 13-year-old boy. Common Pleas Judge James Kimbler said the agreement also requires Schneider to be tagged with the lifelong label of sexual predator.
